Please read our policies thoroughly before booking your appointment. Thank you!

An appointment is required for any Beauty Blends Tattoo & Spa service and to enter our salon. We cannot service walk-ins.
When requesting a consultation or appointment, please include as much detail as possible to help us best serve you.
For the safety and consideration of our staff and patrons, no children under the age of 13 are allowed in the salon, unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding.
To provide a better service experience, clients with an appointment are limited to a single companion. We request they wait in the waiting area while the treatment is performed.
Please do not bring outside food into the salon. Let’s help keep things clean!
Please be kind and respectful. Raising your voice or being disrespectful to our staff for any reason will result in forfeiture of your appointment, being charged any associated cancellation fees, and you will be asked not to return to our salon.

Bring your smile and be prepared for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience!

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (716) 994-4291 or email us at beauty.blends22@gmail.com to ensure a prompt response and avoid cancellation fees. Please do not contact us on social media to book or cancel your appointment.
Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee for each service.
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are 5 minutes late with no notice we will contact you, if you are 15 minutes late with no notice, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

No one under 18 can legally get a tattoo in New York state regardless of parental consent. Every person must provide valid photo ID with every tattoo – this includes a driver’s license, non-driver ID, military ID, pistol permit or passport.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will ever be tattooed.
For best results, follow the after care procedures provided by your tattoo artist.
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable.

A few tips in preparation for your tattoo session:

Get a good night’s rest the night before.
Do not consume excessive amounts of alcohol the night prior.
Eat some food before your session.
Bring snacks for stretch breaks.
Dress appropriately so the area to be tattooed is easily accessible.
Don’t overdue caffeine consumption the morning of your appointment.
Please take phone calls on breaks and not during the tattoo session.
Tattoo designs are reviewed the day of the session. Minor changes can be made at that time, however if extensive changes are requested the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We strive to make your tattoo session enjoyable with good music and conversation. However, if you prefer to listen to your own music, please bring headphones.

We are a safe alternative to “mall piercers.”
Clients under the age of 18 much be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present minor’s original birth certificate. Parent or legal guardian must provide valid photo ID – driver’s license, non-driver ID, military ID, pistol permit or passport.
We will NOT pierce minor’s nipples or genitals, even with parental consent.
For best results, follow the after care procedures provided by your piercing artist.
Plan accordingly – there is no submerging your piercings in water for 6-8 weeks.

Deposits for all services are non-refundable. Deposits are required to book an appointment.
Deposits are not transferrable or able to be used with any other Beauty Blends Tattoo & Spa service.
