Capabilities of the Lumenis Stellar M22
The Stellar M22 is a powerful multi-application laser skin treatment platform that combines four intelligent technologies: Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), ResurfX, Multi-Spot Nd:YAG, and Q-switched Nd:YAG, with each tailored to treat different skin conditions and rejuvenate the skin.
Stellar IPL – treats acne, rosacea, pigmentation issues, vascular lesions, and hair removal. It can also reduce age spots through photorejuvenation.
Stellar ResurfX – is the only true fractional non-ablative technology for effective skin resurfacing.
Stellar Multi-Spot Nd:YAG – is excellent for the precise treatment of vascular lesions and leg veins on all skin types with minimal to no risk of skin damage.
Stellar Q-switched Nd:YAG – is excellent for skin toning by treating pigmented lesions and removing dark tattoos.

Safe Laser Treatments for All Skin Types
Lumenis Stellar M22 skin treatments are safe for all skin types. To start, a Beauty Blend Tattoo & Spa esthetician will conduct a personalized consultation to determine if a Stellar M22 treatment would be an appropriate and effective treatment for you.
Following your personalized consultation and prior to your treatment, a skin patch test will be conducted in a small inconspicuous area of your skin to determine how your skin will respond to the subsequent full treatment.
After the text patch is completed, a waiting period ranging from 15 minutes to possibly 72 hours, depending on the skin type, is required to assess the skin response. After the skin patch test result, it’s time for the full Stellar M22 skin treatment, which may range from 30-90 minutes, depending on the treatment and indication.
What to Expect
Recovery – Stellar M22 skin treatments are quick and well-tolerated with minimal to no downtime. In the first week or two after treatment, patients may experience side effects such as mild redness, mild swelling, dryness, and itching. These side effects will resolve completely.
Results – For best results, complete the recommended number of sessions based on skin tone and condition. Following our post-treatment instructions will result in faster recovery and the best outcome.
Please Note – We are all unique. The number of treatments and the results from treatments will vary from person to person. Similarly, due to the varying response of the individual, the downtime, recovery, and the long-term results achieved following the treatment will differ from person to person.
